A word about our ceramics
Our ceramics are no ordinary bottles. They’re handmade in Portugal by our friends at Companhia Atlântica, shaped and glazed by artisans in a process machines can't truly replicate.
Each bottle would retail for around €35, but we’ve chosen to include them in our starter kits. Made to stand the test of time, they come as a pair: one in deep blue for Drizzle, the other in warm beige for Sizzle. Your starter kit includes a funnel, so not a single drop goes to waste.

Drizzle (440ml)
A bold expression of the early harvest. 100% Picual olives, handpicked in October in the D.O.P. Sierra de Cazorla - a rugged landscape where wild goats still roam (Cabra!). Young olives carry their strongest character and highest antioxidants, yielding an oil with vibrant flavor and a peppery finish. Perfect for elevating dishes at the very end. Best used as a finishing oil.
Sizzle (440ml)
A refined balance from the later harvest. In November, we gather equal parts Arbequina and Picual from the same mountains. The Arbequina’s soft roundness meets the Picual’s structure, creating a smooth, versatile oil. Gentle enough for everyday use, yet resilient when the heat rises. Sizzle is crafted for the pan without compromise.
