1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Cabra B.V. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Shipping & Returns
We currently deliver within the Netherlands only. We aim to deliver your order within a few business days. You will be notified in advance when your order is shipped. Every bottle is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by phone or via our contact form before the withdrawal period has expired. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
Exception: Opened cans cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We treat your data with the same care we treat our olives: respectfully and responsibly.
- We only use your information to deliver your oil, manage subscriptions, and send updates if you have opted in.
- Your data will never be shared beyond trusted partners (logistics and payment providers).
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
5. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact us by phone, email, or via our contact form. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it promptly.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in packaging or appearance do not affect product quality.
Cabra B.V. is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or telecom outages).
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, packaging, and marketing materials are owned by Cabra B.V. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Age & Legal Capacity
By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or that you have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Changes to Terms
Cabra B.V. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website and will apply to new orders from the date of publication.
