Taste & Usage
Yes. Good EVOO works perfectly for both cooking and finishing. We offer two oils simply because of taste, not because one “can’t handle heat”.
It’s about flavor and use. Drizzle is bold and vibrant, perfect for finishing dishes. Sizzle is softer and more versatile, ideal for everyday cooking.
That depends on your usage, but most people go through a can in a few weeks to a couple of months. We recommend using it regularly to enjoy it at peak freshness.
Packaging & Storage
Light and air degrade olive oil. Cans block both completely, keeping the oil fresh for longer than glass or plastic.

Keep it in a cool, dark place, away from heat. Once opened, it’s best enjoyed within 3 to 6 months for optimal taste and quality.
